What size lift should I choose?
Most shoes already have about 1" of built-in heel. Add our +1" for a natural 2" total boost, +1.5" for 2.5", or go +2" for a full 3" of height — all completely hidden.
Is it comfortable to wear all day?
Yes — the soft silicone flexes naturally with your foot so it never digs in or shifts around. Most people forget they're wearing it.
